I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had very well-working air conditioning. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located just across the street from the transportation that takes you straight to Venice. However, the area in Mestre is relatively quiet with not many amenities nearby.

The service was exceptional; the manager took time to explain all we needed to know about getting to and back from Venice, and every request was met with a smile. The nice breakfast and well-kept garden added to the pleasant experience.

The location is awesome, quite near the Mestre train station and the bus stop that goes to Venice every 20 minutes. The staff were helpful in giving directions and there's an amazing Gelato shop nearby.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and roomy but a bit small when using the sofa and extra bed, leaving limited space. The service was excellent, with warm-hearted staff who even negotiated a fair price for our ride. The location, near a park, provided a calming oasis after sightseeing in busy Venice. The dining experience exceeded expectations with a tasty and varied breakfast. However, there were some issues with unwillingness to admit staff errors on multiple occasions.
