I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had very well-working air conditioning. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located just across the street from the transportation that takes you straight to Venice. However, the area in Mestre is relatively quiet with not many amenities nearby.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and roomy but a bit small when using the sofa and extra bed, leaving limited space. The service was excellent, with warm-hearted staff who even negotiated a fair price for our ride. The location, near a park, provided a calming oasis after sightseeing in busy Venice. The dining experience exceeded expectations with a tasty and varied breakfast. However, there were some issues with unwillingness to admit staff errors on multiple occasions.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but not in the best shape. The service was exceptional, especially when the staff went out of their way to assist us during a luggage mishap. The location was convenient for accessing Venice but lacked nearby amenities. The dining experience exceeded expectations, offering a good variety of food. Overall, the value for money was good, considering the facilities and services provided.
